Chatmeter has released a report detailing the impact of COVID-19 and what businesses should expect as they begin to reopen, particularly in relation to business reputation. The report inspects how over 120,000 business locations across a variety of industries have been impacted by COVID-19 from January 2020 to June 2020.
As would be expected, the volume of business reviews among the locations studied declined sharply throughout March and April. As businesses now begin to reopen, they must work to restore their reputations which means remaining attentive and responding to reviews.
