How Long Have I Been At DSG
I interned here at DSG during my last semester of college back in 2023. After a brief summer hiatus, I was brought back in August 2023 and have been full-time for nearly 2 years.
My Role at DSG
At DSG, I like to consider myself the utility man due to the wide range of responsibilities I handle on a daily basis. I play a key role on the DSG Local team, where I focus on networking, generating sales, and managing the backend setup of campaigns. From the initial client contact through to campaign launch and ongoing check-ins, I am there from start-to-end. I also serve as the account manager for one of our major enterprise clients, a role that involves adapting to shifting budgets, identifying new opportunities, conducting in-depth research, managing weekly client communications, and overseeing billing. Additionally, I manage DSG’s social media presence. I’ve grown our Linkedin to over 1k followers, launched new content initiatives, started our TikTok presence, and helped produce two podcasts. I also collaborate closely with our paid search team, helping run campaigns for our clients including one of our largest accounts. It’s rewarding to know that I can be accounted for in numerous departments of DSG. As they say, “you wear multiple hats,” and these are just a few!
Current Projects
Currently, I’m focused on finding new ways to grow my clients’ campaigns and optimize performance as effectively as possible. I regularly analyze statistics to identify what’s working and what needs improvement. On a day-to-day basis, my projects are continuous and always evolving.
Fun Facts About Jack
A few fun facts about me: I am a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan bleeding green on Sundays in the fall. In college, I hosted a weekly radio show talking sports in the first hour and playing a wide range of music with weekly segments in the second. Over the years, sports have always been my passion from watching to playing. My friends and I have stayed with it by playing in weekly leagues to stay active, but nowadays my favorite is golf. Also fun fact, I also was student-body president in high school.
